Refund & Exchange Policy
Since Homeland Desi Ghee and Hareesa Mix are consumable food products, we handle refunds and exchanges carefully to keep things fair and hygienic for everyone.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Order Refused or Undelivered
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is taken until delivery — if you refuse the order at your doorstep, no charge applies.
Change of Mind
As these are perishable/consumable food items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened, for reasons unrelated to a defect or delivery error.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Include your order number, phone number used at checkout, and a short description (with photo if possible)
- We aim to respond within 24 hours
